If you need customer service please have all of the necessary information available
 before you contact us. All product or parts sales are handled by our dealer network.

For repairs, please send your unit directly to Narco's
factory service department at the address shown below.

Fill in all available details concerning the problem,  your return 
address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information
 (VISA or MC only) and include a copy in the box with yor radio.

Units will not be examined until payment method has been submitted.

Pack your unit securely and safely and insure it for full replacement  value.
For international shipments we recommend that you use FedEX or UPS
to help reduce customs issues and shipping delays.

 
If you are inquiring about product information please look at

If the information you seek is not found there, include your name, phone number and

If you need to contact us regarding repair or upgrade status, be sure to have the model
number of the unit, serial number and the name under which the unit was sent to us.
(If your dealer pulled the unit and sent it to us it will be logged in under the dealer's name.)
